Friendly staff, comfortable beds, impressive restaurant, and convenient location close to town's attractions. The hotel appeared and felt like a renovated colonial building with modern amenities. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and furnished with comfortable bedding. The hotel restaurant impressed us with its variety of delicious local dishes. The breakfast here was the best we had on our trip. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel had parking nearby, and the location was close to downtown attractions.

Stayed here during Easter and it was a perfect spot between two popular tourist destinations. The staff was really pleasant and spoke multiple languages which was helpful. The location was really convenient and easy to find parking nearby. The dinner was a highlight of the stay with fresh and healthy dishes.

One of the rooms was located near the main road which made it quite noisy. , the shower didn't heat up quickly which led to some water wastage.

We were delighted with the fresh, healthy dinner served in the hotel’s private restaurant, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Mexico. there was parking nearby and we enjoyed the peaceful flower garden.

The shower took time to warm up, which wasted water.

It would be better if the hotel could improve their hot water system to prevent this inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a small Mexican town. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The restaurant served delicious food, and breakfast was the best I've had in Mexico so far. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Despite warnings in guidebooks, Ocosingo is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.
